I am a journalist and illustrator living in London, with a focus on food and travel. 

As the Financial Times’s fiction editor, I am an experienced copy editor, and I also write for the paper on all subjects, particularly on food, travel, visual art and film.

I have also contributed to other publications including Prospect, Harper’s Bazaar, Food and Wine magazine and Travel & Leisure magazine.  

I also specialise in food illustration, and have worked for the FT's food and House and Home pages, Condé Nast Traveller India and Metropolitan Magazine (Eurostar). I work principally from observation in watercolour, pen and pencil.
